caroline stephens -  Brand & communications DIRECTOR

'I'm excited to be sharing so many stories of changed lives!'

In her new role Caroline is responsible for the strategic overview and delivery of communications, social media, product launches, media awareness and training, and amplifying the Freedom in Christ message around the world. She is a core tream member working on the Discipleship Hub where she is responsible for brand, digital marketing and looking at new ways to communicate the message worldwide. She says 'I believe that this is a life-changing ministry with so many stories as yet untold and I'm so excited to be part of making sure these amazing testimonies are heard and shared.'

Caroline lives in Ireland with her daughter, Laura, four rescue dogs and two horses!  She is an advanced student of classical dressage and is currently completing her third book on the subject.

Alison martin - finance & operations director

'finding freedom has given me a boldness and renewed hope for what god can do through his bride'

Alison will be focussing in the first instance on our "operations" - in other words, she'll be looking at what we do and helping us do it even better! When our amazing volunteer Finance Director, Nigel Gough, retires in May next year she'll be taking over his role too and between now and then Nigel will be helping Alison get up to speed on everything financial.

Alison lives in Northern Ireland with her husband, Nick, and baby daughter Charlotte. She first came across Freedom in Christ teaching in 2015. Personally the new freedom she found has helped her to reclaim her voice both in singing and poetry. One of the poems she wrote after going on the Freedom in Christ course features on the app and is well worth a listen!

Before joining Freedom in Christ, Alison worked as an Accountant in the Health & Safety Executive for Northern Ireland which also involved working on staff wellbeing intiatives. She trained with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and has wide experience from working in accountancy both in industry and the voluntary sector.

Not long after Alison first came across the freedom message herself she felt called to set up a Christian Union at work and decided to run the Grace Course for the group. After going through the Grace Course they felt led to start a prayer iniative to support the safety and wellbeing of local farmers, a key area of concern in the work they were all involved in. Over the years since then there's been increasing support from politicians and public officials for this initiative.  Alison says 'I saw the impact that the Grace Course had on our little group and how it led us to have the confidence to step out in faith. It excites me to think how that truth and freedom of His children, when applied to their whole lives, could really transform nations.'
