TRANSFORM 2019/20 Application Form

Please use this page to apply for TRANSFORM 2019/20 and register your place for the Retreat at the Albania Star Hotel in Durres.

The TRANSFORM Retreat for 2019 will follow the Freedom In Christ Euope/Middle East/North Africa Area Retreat held at the same place. Durres is a seaside resort about 35 km from Tirana Airport which is where most of you flying will arrive. There is a bus service from the airport to Durres which operates 4 times a day and costs €5 per person. Alternatively you can request for arrangements by car/van that will cost €20 one way.

Date: 14 - 18 October 2019
Twin-share (sharing a twin room) - €160/£145 per person
Single room - €225/£205 per person
Additional night - Twin-share €32/£29 per person
Additional night - Single room - €48/£43.50 per person
The rates include accommodation, all meals during the retreat and registration fees

After completing the registration form, you will be led to a payment page which you can pay securely in your choice of either Euro or GBP (€ or £) using a credit card via PayPal.

If you already have made arrangements to share a room, please indicate the name of the person under the Remarks section. We will do our best to find a room mate if so requested, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. In the event that we are unable to find a room mate, you may have to pay the single room rate as indicated above.
