European Retreat 2019 - Registration Form

Please use this page to register for the 2019 European Retreat at the Albania Star Hotel in Durres.

Durres is a seaside resort about 35 km from Tirana Airport which is where most of you flying will arrive. There is a bus service from the airport to Durres which operates 4 times a day and costs €5 per person. Alternatively you can request for arrangements by car/van that will cost €20 one way.

Twin-share (sharing a twin room) - €125/£110 per person
Single room - €170/£155 per person
Additional night - Twin-share €32/£29 per person
Additional night - Single room - €48/£43.50 per person
The rates during the retreat include accommodation, all meals and registration fees. Additional night rates include accommodation and meals only.

After completing the registration form, you will be led to a payment page which you can pay securely in your choice of either Euro or GBP (€ or £) using a credit card via PayPal.

If you already have made arrangements to share a room, please indicate the name of the person under the Remarks section. We will do our best to find a room mate if so requested, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. In the event that we are unable to find a room mate, you may have to pay the single room rate as indicated above.
Please indicate whether you require additional night(s) accommodation. If you have indicated Yes, please indicate the dates/nights required in the Remarks box below. Additional nights cost €32/£29 (twin-share) or €48/£43.50 (single occupancy) per per person per night.
